Noble Rice is an expansion of the popular Hyde Park restaurant of the same name, which remodeled as Koya, a high-end omakase spot, in its place in 2020. The new expanded restaurant features a modern Japanese menu with sushi, ramen, small plates and omakase options as well as a full bar focused on Japanese whiskey and sake.
